During this half-day workshop (9.30am - 12.30pm), learn how to make a funeral casket spray or wreath (as you prefer) without the use of floral foam. Using sustainable floral mechanics and seasonal, locally grown flowers, you will learn how to make an arrangement that is fully biodegradable for zero waste funeral flowers.
We will also cover how to manage your customer during this sensitive time, pricing, delivery and preparation according to the season to ensure your floral tribute performs appropriately.
The class will finish with a light seasonal lunch made with ingredients from the kitchen garden.
